We do this in order to protect the donation and support to The Kidney Project. You can always contact us  for any issue or provide feedback on our products using the contact form in our site. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or accept returns on money contributions to The Kidney Project.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
